Cissy Flower Garden started in 2024 as a way to bring joy into people’s lives with beautifully crafted floral arrangements for the North Seattle area. With love and care, each bouquet and centerpiece is handmade with the upmost attention to detail.

We believe in the language of flowers.

We know how important the role that flowers play in our lives. A simple bouquet can say “I love you,” or “I can’t wait to spend the rest of my future with you.” A floral centerpiece can play a part in welcoming a new baby, or celebrating a long awaited anniversary. Our arrangements are made with you in mind.

Cissy’s Story

I dreamed of being a wedding dress designer since I was a child, but my dream was too far to reach. Later, I thought that working as a wedding planner would be a great profession. Weddings are always the best wishes and the happiest moments. I hope to participate in them and bring joy to others and make myself feel happy.

After half a lifetime of wandering, I have nothing but dreams in the pots and pans and the mess daily routine.

About 10 years ago, I took charge of my sister's wedding flower arrangement including flower selections, flowers arrangements, sign-in table and wedding decoration for the first time with imagination and enthusiasm. A few years later, I took the initiative to arrange the scene and flowers in the church for a sister's wedding. I couldn't help but feel the budding in my heart, but I thought that I still needed to take care of my two little children, so I put my dream aside.

Occasionally, I would arrange a bouquet of flowers for friends, weddings, funerals or churches. I like to plant all kinds of flowers in the garden, so I slowly increase the varieties. Two years ago, I started to cut some beautiful flowers and bring them to work. Last year, the gladiolus bloomed luxuriantly, so I tried flower arrangement, and I felt good about them.

I was obsessed with them this summer. According to the changes in seasons, I create flower arrangements of different styles and artistic conceptions from the garden almost every day and send them to different friends.

The mood for creating each bouquet of flowers is different, and the friends I send them to are also of different ages and temperaments. The meaning of flowers lies in the moment of expression, and the recipients feel warm whenever they think of them.

So I planned to open a flower shop. I was completely hesitant, but was finally awakened by a friend. Both of my children are already in college, so I can really start doing what I like.

When traveling I find opportunities to visit local DIY flower shops and send bouquets of flowers to relatives and friends. I also get valuable information from chatting with the shop owners how to run a business.

  • Cissy’s Flower Garden is a local florist based in Everett, Washington. We offer free shipping within 20 miles of Cissy’s Flower Garden, while 21-30 miles outside of the store will be a flat rate of $7.99.

  • We offer full refunds for order cancellations 3 days before the delivery date.

    We offer 50% refunds for order cancellation 1 or 2 days before the delivery date.

  • Cissy’s Flower Garden is more than happy to help with all the special events in your life! Please reach out to us at cissyflowergarden@hotmail.com for inquiries. We will need at least 2 weeks to complete orders for events.
